1. Acceptance of Protocol

By accessing the PCSpot environment, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to the technical and legal parameters set forth, you are prohibited from utilizing the intelligence scoring engine and comparison tools.

2. AI Advisory Disclaimer

CRITICAL: PCSpot utilizes advanced AI algorithms to analyze and score hardware. While we strive for 99.9% accuracy, AI models can occasionally produce anomalous technical data ("hallucinations").

PCSpot is not a financial, engineering, or legal advisor. All technical decisions based on our scores should be cross-verified with official manufacturer documentation.

3. Commercial Neutrality

We maintain technical neutrality. Our scoring engine (The 21-Criteria Audit) is strictly algorithmic. While we receive affiliate commissions from retailers (eBay, Amazon, Newegg, etc.), these relationships do not influence a product's technical score or Intelligence Percentile.

4. Prohibited Utilization

Users are strictly prohibited from:

Scraping our AI-generated analysis scores for commercial resale.
Attempting to manipulate scoring algorithms via bot activity.
Reverse-engineering the 21-criteria scoring logic.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, with additional local compliance enforcement for users residing in Canada (PIPEDA) and the European Economic Area (GDPR).
